If something is not right,
we would like to know.

We offer a 10-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible,
items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Your receipt
or proof of purchase is required.

RAISING A REQUEST

How to Start a Return or Exchange

VIA THE APP OR EMAIL · WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT

Log in to your account on the App, go to My Orders, and follow the steps to submit your exchange or
return request. Alternatively, write to us at support@turtleonline.in with your order number, a copy of
your invoice, an intact image of the item, and your reason for the request.

What Happens Next

3–4 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS · REVERSE PICKUP ARRANGED

Once your request is received, we will review and process it within 3–4 working days. If approved, a
reverse pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner. You do not need to arrange your own
courier for the first return or exchange.

How Exchanges Work

RETURN FIRST · THEN REPURCHASE

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original piece and, once the return is
accepted, place a new order for the replacement. This ensures availability and avoids any delay in
getting the right item to you.

One Exchange or Return Per Order

FIRST REQUEST ONLY

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange. A second return or exchange on the same order is
not accepted. From the second request onwards, a courier charge of ₹120 per return or exchange
applies.

REFUNDS

Refund Process

15 WORKING DAYS AFTER WAREHOUSE RECEIPT

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the bank account you provide when raising the return on
the App. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date the item is received at our warehouse for
the refund to be processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Items That Cannot Be Returned

INNERWEAR · SALE ITEMS · GIFT CARDS

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, boxers, and vests cannot be returned or exchanged under any
circumstances. Discounted and sale items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for returns —
exchanges only, for the same item.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Before You Accept the Parcel

CHECK THE PACKAGING · DO NOT ACCEPT IF TAMPERED

Please inspect your parcel before accepting it. All Turtle orders are sealed with our branded tape — if
the packaging appears tampered with or has been opened, do not accept the delivery and contact us
immediately.

Orders Cancelled After Dispatch

DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY

If you change your mind or cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please do not refuse the
delivery. Refused parcels are returned to our warehouse at your expense and may affect the
processing of your refund. Contact us and we will advise on the correct next step.
