how we use it. We have tried to say it plainly.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Device & Browsing Information

When you visit the App, we automatically collect your browser version, IP address, time zone, and
how you interact with our pages — including products viewed and search terms. This information
helps the App load correctly and allows us to understand how it is being used.

Order Information

COLLECTED FROM YOU · FULFILMENT & COMMUNICATION

When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment details, email
address, and phone number. This is used to process your order, arrange delivery, send confirmations,
and where you have agreed, keep you informed about products and offers.

Customer Support Information

COLLECTED FROM YOU · SUPPORT ONLY

If you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and phone number — solely to
respond to your query.

HOW WE USE IT

Your information is used to fulfil orders, process payments, arrange shipping, and communicate with
you about your purchases. We also use it to improve the App and, where you have agreed, to send
relevant marketing. We do not sell your Personal Information.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Honebi

APP PLATFORM & CRM PROCESSOR

Honebi powers the App and processes order and device information on our behalf. They also use
limited automated tools to prevent fraud — for example, temporarily blocking IP addresses or cards
associated with repeated failed transactions. This has no legal or significant effect on you.

Google & Meta

REMARKETING · ADVERTISING PARTNERS

We may use Google and Meta remarketing services to show Turtle ads to people who have previously
visited the App. Information about your use of the App and your interaction with our ads may be
shared with these partners, including through cookies.

Legal Requirements

We may share your information to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request from
authorities, or to protect our rights.

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your order records require it, unless you ask us to

CHILDREN

The App is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If
you believe your child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will remove it.
